Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made afterwards will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. We recognize that there may be exceptional situations, and we encourage you to reach out to discuss any concerns.
Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments are to be rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled service. No call, no shows will result in being charged the FULL AMOUNT of the booked service. Additionally, canceling within 10 minutes of your appointment will be considered a no call, no show; however, there are exceptions which we are open to discussing.
