CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made afterwards will incur a charge of 75% of the scheduled service. We recognize that there may be exceptional situations, and we encourage you to reach out to discuss any concerns. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments are to be rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled service. No call, no shows will result in being charged 75% of the booked service. Additionally, canceling within 10 minutes of your appointment will be considered a no call, no show; however, there are exceptions which we are open to discussing.
